Helloooo Music City U.S.A!  I’ve dreamed of saying those words for years, and I can’t tell you how honored I am to finally make it to Nashville. So thanks for having me! 
 I’m originally from Ft. Smith, Arkansas where I began my country radio career at the same station I grew up listening to as a child, KTCS.  But I was Nashville dreaming, so after 5 years, I tried out life in the deep-south in Biloxi, MS with WKNN.  I loved the coast, and I literally ate my weight in crawfish most every spring and summer.  Yes, heads and all!  Then my career took me to WZZK in Birmingham, AL where I’ve been the past 5 years.  They did their best to make me choose between Alabama and Auburn, but I always say it doesn’t matter who you cheer for as long as it’s the SEC!  SEC football is the best league in the nation! 
One of the most exciting moments of my radio career has been the opportunity to fly with the Blue Angels back in 2001.  Lt. Dan Martin flew the Navy’s F/A-18 Hornet like he stole it that day, and we pulled 7.1 G’!  It was a doozey but so worth every second!
I love to scoot my boot, so hopefully I’ll get to see you on the dance floor somewhere in Nashville.  Or maybe I’ll see you at the grocery, because I love to cook!  I enjoy picking a little guitar too.  So maybe I’ll catch you out at a songwriter’s night.  Until then, I look forward to waking you up with Charley Connolly and the Wake Up with The Wolf Show!
